Players complete a series of physical and technical assessments, including sprint and agility testing, ESA Icon technology challenges, 1v1s, 2v2s and 4v4 small-sided games, giving our coaches a complete picture of their athleticism, technical ability and game intelligence. Confirmed scouts on the day identify standout players across the session.
